If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased online, you can return it to us, under the following conditions;
1) The piece/s have not been worn and are in their original condition.
2) The piece/s are returned with their original packaging.
3) They are returned within 14 days of receipt.
All return shipping is at your expense. Original postage costs are not refundable, unless the items as been damaged in transit. We recommend you use a secure, trackable service. We do not take responsibility for any jewellery that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit to us.
We will refund the original purchase price onto the original payment method used at time of purchase.
Jewellery bought in the shop can only be returned and exchanged or a credit note is issued.
