I ordered a sterling silver and malachite ring. Couldn't have been easier ordering online from New Moon's great selection.

Dropped into town the following day to pick up the ring and it was ready and waiting for me with no fuss at all.

Labradorite pendant
I was given the job of purchasing a specific pendant on behalf of my son. The one he had picked out was no longer available so I suggested the Labradorite pendant. He is delighted with it. He had requested that a message be sent with the pendant and Mary sent me a text to confirm the message. The pendant arrived the day after I ordered it. Great service all round and a lovely selection of beautiful (not fussy) jewellery.
